Customer Focus

I set up Customer Focus because as an engineer I was disappointed with the quality of most of the sales staff who would try to sell me products or services. No clear ideas would emerge in conversations with them about marketing and at the same time, many in the UK were complaining about the number of ideas which were not being developed by British companies.

The purpose of Customer Focus is to provide a vehicle through which I can contribute to improve this situation. In addition to commercial work I am also helping the Institution of Electrical Engineers develop its marketing support for engineers - see http://www.iee.org.uk/PG/M6/
